Is Your Child Ready for Soccer

Cantolao Soccer Academy of Columbus in cooperation with National Alliance for Youth Sports present START SMART SOCCER and NEXT STEP SOCCER.

What: START SMART Soccer is a six week instructional program which helps parents work one-on-one with their children teach them the basics of soccer like kicking, dribbling, trapping and passing. The program helps prepare children for organized soccer by using by using fun and safe products and certified coach for each group.

Who: START SMART Soccer is open to children 3-6 years old who can attend each Session with their parent or other significant adult and want to prepare for organized soccer. A certified coach will be on hand at all times.

Where: START SMART Soccer will be held at Tuttle Park 240 W. Oakland Ave. (1 block from OSU) for six consecutive weeks starting April 1^st 2006.

Cost: The cost is $70.00 per parent child group which includes an equipment kit. Each kit includes, a Soccer Ball, shin guards, cones and START SMART Soccer Participant Manual.

NEXT STEP Soccer is open to children 6-10 who will work one on one with a certified coach.

INJURY AND INSURANCE RELEASE STATEMENT: I give my permission for my son or daughter to participate in the Cantolao Soccer Academy Start Smart or Next Step soccer clinics. I release, exonerate, and discharge the Cantolao Soccer Academy and its employees and volunteers from any injuries during the course of the clinic. I realize that Cantolao Soccer Academy does not provide any insurance coverage and that I solely responsible for any financial obligations which might be incurred as a result of any injury related to soccer.
